Book a free discovery callThe Seeing Space was born from a simple belief: meaningful change begins when we can see things more clearly.
In a world that moves quickly, we rarely give ourselves the space to pause, reflect and understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. Yet clarity often creates the shift we’ve been searching for. New perspectives emerge. Decisions become easier. Confidence grows.
The Seeing Space is a place for exactly that. A space to step back, make sense of complexity, reconnect with what matters most and move forward with greater intention.
The name also holds personal significance for me.
Living with a visual impairment has shaped how I experience the world. Alongside my personal experience of neurodiversity, it has taught me that seeing is about far more than eyesight. It is about perspective. Awareness. Understanding ourselves, our patterns and our possibilities.
These experiences have shown me that there is no single way to view the world. We each notice different things, make sense of experiences in different ways and bring unique strengths to the challenges we face. Often, the greatest breakthroughs come when we make space to see a situation, or ourselves, through a different lens.
Throughout my career, I’ve found myself helping others do just that: see situations differently, recognise strengths they hadn’t fully appreciated, navigate challenges with greater clarity and create meaningful change in their lives and work.
The Seeing Space reflects both of these ideas. A space for reflection, growth and transformation. And a reminder that sometimes the most important things we see are not with our eyes, but with a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Hi, I’m Selina, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Some of the most important insights come when we slow down enough to see things clearly. After more than 20 years working with people and leaders, I’ve seen how powerful that can be, and how rarely we give ourselves the chance. That’s why I created The Seeing Space.
My career has been in HR, leadership, people development and coaching, and what has always held my attention is people. Why do we think the way we do? What shapes our choices? What holds us back? And what becomes possible when we understand ourselves a little better?
Coaching gives those questions room to breathe.
I bring curiosity, honesty and kindness to every conversation. It’s a place to step back from the noise, say what’s really true and look at things from a fresh angle. I don’t believe change starts with having all the answers. I believe it starts with better questions.
My coaching is solutions-focused and centred on unlocking potential. It’s practical and forward-looking, with plenty of space to reflect along the way.
My own way of seeing the world has shaped how I listen and coach, and I’m genuinely curious about how you see it.
Outside of work, I’m a parent, and I know what it means to hold a demanding career alongside caring responsibilities, and to keep finding clarity when things aren’t straightforward. To reset, you’ll usually find me dancing, spending time outdoors, or enjoying good food, with mindfulness helping to keep me grounded.
I won’t tell you what to do. My role is to create a space where you can explore what matters to you, what might be getting in the way, and what feels possible from here.
Welcome to The Seeing Space.

Modern working life leaves little space to pause and think — especially when you’re carrying responsibility for others. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and hear your own thinking clearly again, without judgment and without an agenda that isn’t yours.
Expect real questions, honest challenge when it helps, and a solutions-focused approach to working through what’s actually going on. Much of the work centres on building confidence and unpicking the self-limiting beliefs that quietly shape decisions. Some sessions bring clarity. Others bring momentum. Both matter.
It’s grounded in a background spanning psychology, HR leadership, and coaching practice — but shaped, always, around what’s useful for you.
Add a client quote here once feedback comes in — something specific about the shift they experienced works better than general praise.
A second quote can sit here. Two or three honest reflections say more than a long list.
Sessions run for 50–60 minutes over video call, with in-person by arrangement. Each one is confidential and led by what’s most useful to you that week.
Most clients find fortnightly or monthly works well, giving space to try things out between sessions. This is flexible and can shift as the work develops.
A short, no-obligation conversation to talk through what you’re hoping to get from coaching and check we’re a good fit before committing to anything.
Written contact is always welcome. You can start by email, take your time over what you write and we can go from there. There is no need to phone first.
What’s discussed in sessions stays between us, in line with EMCC ethical guidelines. This is a space to think honestly without it going anywhere else.
Life happens — just give as much notice as you can, and we’ll find another time.
Whether you’re stepping into leadership, reassessing direction, or navigating a transition — reach out to book a free discovery call, no obligation.
